1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FoodTruck Express (the “App” and “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FoodTruck Express is a locator and ordering platform that connects customers with food trucks and other mobile food vendors. We display information that vendors provide, and we help facilitate order-ahead between customers and vendors.

3. Order-Ahead and Payments

Order-ahead is facilitated in the App. When you place an order, the vendor confirms it, and payment is arranged directly between you and the vendor via text or email. FoodTruck Express does not process in-app payments. The vendor is responsible for fulfilling and confirming orders, and for the safety and quality of food they serve.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree not to misuse the Service, create multiple accounts to evade rules, or attempt to disrupt other users’ experience.

5. Pro Subscription

FoodTruck Express offers an optional paid Pro upgrade. Pro provides enhanced vendor visibility and Hunger Beacon alerts. The Pro subscription is billed as a recurring monthly fee. FoodTruck Express is free-first; the Pro upgrade is additive and optional.

6. Intellectual Property

FoodTruck Express and all related branding, logos, and content are the property of Wingu Digital LLC. Vendors retain rights to their own menus, photos, and business information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that listings, locations, or specials are accurate or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wingu Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including any issues with food ordered through vendors.

9. Vendor Responsibility

Food trucks and vendors using the Service are independent businesses, not employees or agents of FoodTruck Express. Each vendor is solely responsible for their food safety, licensing, and compliance with local laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
